Depends on the condition of the house, existing balconies and the owners' requirements. Each option has a different scope of work and price.
New suspended balconies
The house has not had balconies before. We design a custom-made structure — dimensions, filling, color, anchoring method. Complete project delivery including project documentation.
Balcony extension
Existing balconies are small or unsuitable. The suspended structure will expand the area without any structural changes. Suitable for houses with small concrete balconies.
Replacement of old balconies
Old balconies are damaged, unsuitable or unaesthetic. Dismantling of the original solution and installation of a new suspended structure with a modern look.

Inspection and project assessment
The technician will assess the condition of the facade, anchoring method, dimensions and technical possibilities. The basis is a static assessment.
Project and structural engineering
Preparation of project documentation including static calculation. If necessary, we will arrange a building permit or notification.
Production in Trnava
We produce suspended balconies in a certified production. Each part undergoes a 5-point quality control.
Preparation of the construction site
Installation of scaffolding or platform, securing the space. We inform residents in advance according to the schedule.
Installation of balconies
Anchoring to the facade, installation of the structure, railings and infills. All work from the exterior - without entering the apartments.
Handover and warranty
Final inspection, handover documentation, 10-year warranty certificate. Construction site cleaned, service contact available.
What are suspended balconies made of
aluminium frame and supporting structure
The entire supporting structure is made of aluminium profiles. aluminium is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and suitable for KOMAXIT surface treatments.
Railing filling
Choice of: glass, ALUPANEL, HPL boards, aluminium sheet or polycarbonate. Each filling has a different appearance, privacy and price.
KOMAXIT surface treatment
Powder polyester finish in any RAL shade. UV resistant, 10-year warranty. Matching with the facade, windows, sheet metal.
Anchoring and structural engineering
Each anchoring is designed by a structural engineer for a specific house. We use certified chemical or mechanical anchors depending on the wall material.
