Production suspended balconies is a complex process that combines modern materials, precise technological production and the professional expertise of our team. Each balcony is the result of careful planning, precise processing and certified quality control — so that our balconies are not only aesthetically perfect, but also long-term safe and weather-resistant.

The basis of the structure
Every structure starts with high-quality aluminium and stainless steel profiles selected with regard to mechanical strength, low weight and corrosion resistance. aluminium profiles are ideal for modern balconies — they combine strength, lightness and durability. Stainless steel profiles guarantee maximum stability even in extreme conditions.
Each profile is checked for dimensions and material parameters before being prepared for KOMAXIT surface treatment.

Safety and design
balcony infills combine safety, durability and visual impression. We use exclusively certified materials: safety glass (tempered or laminated), DIBOND ALUPANEL (weatherproof and UV resistant) and Fundermax (laminate panels for exterior use with variable design).
Each panel is precisely cut, machined and adapted to the structure — perfect harmony with the facade and color scheme of the building.
Precision welding
Reliability and safety
Welding is a critical step — the quality of the welds directly affects stability, strength and safety of the entire structure. Our welders work with the most modern water-cooled welding machines, which enable precise welds without deformation of the profiles and preservation of the mechanical properties of the material.
Each welded joint is visually and measured according to valid technical standards — one hundred percent reliability.
Laser cutting and fine grinding
Accuracy to the millimeter
Each profile and component undergoes laser cutting, which guarantees maximum dimensional accuracy, clean edges without deformation and precise preparation for welding. Cutting is followed by fine sandblasting — smooth surface, optimal adhesion of KOMAXIT, long-term protection.
KOMAXIT surface treatment
Durability and aesthetics
KOMAXIT powder paint ensures high mechanical resistance, color stability and minimal maintenance. Color treatment according to the RAL sample book allows for precise coordination of the structure with the infills and facade of the apartment building.
Quality control
5-stage verification
Each balcony undergoes a multi-stage check: material verification, welding control, dimension control, surface treatment control and filling testing. This system guarantees that our balconies meet the strictest technical standards, safety regulations and aesthetic requirements.
