What data do we process

When sending an inquiry via the form or calculator, we process your name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, city of project delivery and any attachments (photo of the object, project documentation) and notes that you provide us.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data exclusively to process your inquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you. The legal basis is the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in communicating with those interested in our services pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR.

Retention period

We store data from inquiries for the period necessary to process the inquiry and prepare the offer, no more than 24 months from the last communication, if no contract is concluded. We store data related to the contract and invoicing for the period specified by law.

Data recipients

We do not sell data to third parties. Our contractual service providers (web hosting, e-mail services) may process it solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the website and communication.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tools for anonymous measurement of traffic and website performance. These tools may store cookies. You can restrict the use of cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it and object to processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Slovak Personal Data Protection Office (dataprotection.gov.sk).
