Suspended balconies are particularly suitable for apartment buildings where the original balconies are missing or no longer technically suitable - for example, panel houses, brick houses from the 60s - 90s. Our technicians will assess each object individually during the inspection.
Yes, visualisation is a standard part of our offer. Apartment owners know exactly what their house will look like after the installation of balconies even before the owners' association meeting.
The property manager or owners' association will receive clear project documentation, visualisations, a quote, a draft contract for the work and a technical report from us. Everything needed for voting in one place.
Yes, HS ALUSYSTEM implements projects all over Slovakia. We are based in Trnava, but we have installation teams operating throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic.
Each suspended balcony receives a 10-year guarantee on the supporting structure and anchoring. After handover, you will receive a warranty certificate, handover protocol and complete project documentation of the actual state of affairs.
It depends on the scope of the project. A typical project (1 apartment building, 12–24 balconies) takes about 3–5 months from the first inspection to handover, including the waiting time for the owners' meeting and the processing of permits.
Financing
You can finance the renovation of balconies advantageously
The apartment building does not have to pay for the entire project at once. We will help you spread the costs through a favorable state loan or bank financing — and we will prepare all the technical documents for the application.
State loan from ŠFRB
The State Housing Development Fund provides apartment buildings low-interest loans for renovation and modernization with a long maturity period. suspended balconies can be part of such renovation — we will assess whether your project meets the conditions and prepare the application documents.
Bank financing
The project can also be financed loan for owners and property managers' associations from Slovenská sporiteľňa. The installments are conveniently divided into monthly contributions to the repair fund.
Specific conditions and approval depend on the assessment of the ŠFRB or the bank. We are not financial advisors — we will help you prepare the technical part of the project and the documents for the owners' meeting.
