Suspended balconies sú vhodné najmä for apartment buildings, kde pôvodné balkóny chýbajú alebo už technicky nevyhovujú — napríklad panelové domy, murované domy zo 60. – 90. rokov. Naši technici posúdia každý objekt individuálne pri obhliadke.
Áno, vizualizácia je štandardnou súčasťou našej ponuky. Vlastníci bytov tak presne vedia, ako bude vyzerať ich dom po montáži balkónov ešte pred schôdzou SVB.
Správca alebo SVB dostane od nás jasnú projektovú dokumentáciu, vizualizácie, cenovú ponuku, návrh zmluvy o diele a technickú správu. All potrebné pre hlasovanie na jednom mieste.
Áno, HS ALUSYSTEM realizuje projekty po celom Slovensku. Sídlime v Trnave, ale máme montážne partie pôsobiace v rámci celého územia SR.
Každý suspended balcony dostáva 10-ročnú záruku on the load-bearing structure a kotvenie. Po odovzdaní obdržíte záručný list, odovzdávací protokol a kompletná projektovú dokumentáciu skutkového stavu.
Závisí od rozsahu projektu. Bežný projekt (1 bytový dom, 12–24 balkónov) trvá od prvej obhliadky po odovzdanie cca 3–5 mesiacov, vrátane čakacej doby na schôdzu vlastníkov a vybavenie povolení.
Financing
Finance your balcony renovation affordably
An apartment building does not have to pay for the whole project at once. We help you spread the cost through a favourable state loan or bank financing — and we prepare all the technical documents for the application.
State loan from ŠFRB
The State Housing Development Fund (ŠFRB) provides apartment buildings with low-interest loans for renovation and modernisation with a long repayment period. Suspended balconies can be part of such a renovation — we will assess whether your project meets the conditions and prepare the documents for the application.
Bank financing
The project can also be financed with a loan for owners associations and property managers from Slovenská sporiteľňa. Repayments are conveniently spread across the monthly contributions to the repair fund.
Specific conditions and approval depend on the assessment by ŠFRB or the bank. We are not financial advisors — we help you prepare the technical part of the project and the documents for the owners meeting.
